when

When the song of the angels is stilled,
When the star in the sky is gone,
When the kings and princes are home,
When the shepherds are back with their flocks,
Then the work of Christmas begins:
To find the lost,
To heal the broken,
To feed the hungry,
To release the prisoner,
To rebuild the nations,
To bring peace among all the people,
To make music in the heart...
And to radiate the Light of Christ every day.

  6. What a wonderful gem to find here this morning...and a fantastic way to fight the after Christmas let down. It's all about perspective, isn't it? Christmas is the beginning after all.

  11. Forgot to mention how I would acturally enjoy seeing snow this year..at least it would mean I have some family close by...that is better than the warmer temps in the winter and the spring and summer temps are horrible down hwew...I prefer the 4 seasons.
    Just my thoughts of course

  12. Yes, Nancy, snow would be a fine change! I know your summers are so hot and that must be hard since you're not a native southerner. I would gladly trade you places:)

Praying this new year is full of great things for you - crafts, books, and otherwise! Bless you for your comments here!
